Terms & Conditions for Character Party's with Precious Party Packages:

When booking a party, a percentage of your party will be required as an initial deposit. (Depending on the package you have)

A booking confirmation email will be sent out, and details of your payment made and owing.

We only accept party bookings in commercial venues, we don't accept bookings in private homes due to insurance reasons and space.

 

Any party booked with us will be required to pay the full party balance if you cancel your party within 12 weeks of the party date.

We always send out booking confirmations and will give you a 48 hour cooling off period should you need to makes changes or cancel.

If you require to change details once your cooling off period has expired, such as: venues, times or dates for e.g. where all staff members on your booking need re-contacting and emailing. Then a £15 admin charge will be applied to your booking.

We hope you understand this decision, and bring it into force due to the increased need for party's since the pandemic. Making the most of our two day weekend and utilising our time the best we can for customers.

We no longer accept covid as an exceptional circumstance for cancelling a party, and we do not transfer your deposit. Due to no covid restrictions from the Government we are unable to claim back any of our losses. If your party date is within 12 weeks then your full balance is due.

Balances for party's can still be paid on the day to a blue staff top member at the beginning of your party.

Soft Play hire:

When booking a soft play set, 50% of your order will be required as an initial deposit. 

A booking confirmation email will be sent out, and details of your payment made and owing.
